One of the major symptoms of sleep disorder is headache. You know very well that the brain controls the entire body. There are two kinds of waves generated by the brain. However, when these waves do not synchronize well, it leads to sleep disorder. While sleeping, there are two stages. The first stage is the Non-rapid eye movement (NREM). During this stage, we are in sleeping state. The second stage is the rapid eye movement (REM). During this stage, we are in deep sleep. Migraine occurs during the REM stage. Experts are unable to conclude the real cause of migraine during REM.
