Tingling and Limbs and Night and Sweats

 

Tingling and limbs and night and sweats are some of the causes of insomnia. It is a kind of sleep disorder. If you are unable to sleep at night, then you are suffering from insomnia. People suffering from insomnia often complain of frequent arousals at night. As such, they feel lethargic, and not rested well, when they wake up in the morning. The tingling and creeping sensation in limbs generates a strong desire for movement. Thus, a person suffering from this disorder continuously moves while sleeping. Continuous movements help in providing relief from these bitter sensations. This leads to frequent arousals and sleeplessness. It would be advisable to consult a specialist about tingling and limbs and night and sweats. Night sweats often occur in females. There are several causes for night sweats in females. Hormonal imbalance is one of the major causes. This leads to insomnia. In females, insomnia often occurs during pre-menopause. This sleep deprivation causes irritation, stress, tiredness and memory loss. Enhanced level of stress, fluctuation in hormonal balance and inadequate sleep will have harmful effects on health.
